Scope of the work: Design an hydraulic system to generate the vacuum condition and to clean, evacuate and fill the refrigerant fluid in a space module. Requirements were space-grade in terms of cleanliness and filling precision (pressure and mass flow rate).
Results: A new hydraulic system was designed from scratch, starting from a conceptual scheme design to the final qualification tests.
All the system was in conformity with space certification and documentation quality.
